Ceramex® is a privately-owned UK company with headquarters in Lincolnshire and main service centre near London (Slough) plus Technical Development facilities in Stoke.
We use our extensive technical expertise and industry knowledge to provide outstanding DPF cleaning services to manufacturers and operators of trucks, buses and heavy-duty off-highway vehicles.
Our sister company Eminox is a leading international supplier of exhaust and emission control systems for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's) and the aftermarket. This brings the benefit of over 15 years' experience in cleaning Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs). During this time, we have cleaned over 100,000 DPF's. Through our partnerships with the OEM's we have a detailed understanding of the emissions systems of the future.
Ceramex's patented XPurge® technology is the culmination of this experience; it provides world-leading cleaning performance for all types of DPF's. This new generation of cleaning technology creates a reconditioned filter that performs like a new filter. This is verified using our unique inspection technology Veritex® which provides a detailed picture of the condition of each cleaned filter, providing reassurance that the filter has been returned to optimum performance. The XPurge® technology is now available in various countries (including the UK, Sweden, Germany, The Netherlands and Denmark) and further expansion is planned.
