Veritex® filter inspection technology from Ceramex is a patented process that uses transmitted light to verify the condition of the DPF after cleaning.

The patented Veritex® technology illuminates the filter after cleaning and the transmission of light is examined using a high definition camera. We are then able to provide a picture of the internal condition of the cleaned filter and also identify any damage within the filter. This process enables individual filters to be certified and monitored as part of an exchange or warranty program.

Dirty filters can be reconditioned and used with the assurance that they will continue to perform effectively and keep delivering cleaner air.

Ceramex cleaning and inspection systems are managed using a proprietary software system developed specifically for filter cleaning operations. This can provide valuable information to operators about engine performance, maintenance standards and the intervals between DPF cleaning for particular vehicles.
