The Xpurge® system removes 30% more contaminants than conventional methods. This means that more filters can be cleaned first time, giving 95% first pass efficiency.

The patented Xpurge® process is the culmination of many years of innovative research involving an extensive assessment of various alternative approaches to filter cleaning. These developments have resulted in the company's new patented Xpurge® process. The process is highly efficient and uses less energy than conventional filter cleaning methods. The automated technology rapidly restores a filter to a condition that is as good as new, so large numbers of filters can be reconditioned in an efficient flow process. 

The complete process from Ceramex® not only cleans filters more effectively than any other process, but by using our Veritex® inspection technology we can prove the condition of a filter and identify any damage inside the filter before it is re-used.
